The basic set of products includes cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and a little flour to give the curd mass the desired consistency. There are recipes for cheese cakes, where semolina is used, or semolina and flour in equal quantities. To make the food lush and tender, a little baking powder or soda is added to the dough.
