I offer a dietary product - flounder. To achieve the minimum number of calories, you can, of course, bake it in the oven, but we'll just deliciously feed the family and fry it in a frying pan. It turns out to be tender, juicy and with a crispy crust. Moreover, for the minimum amount of time.

Basically, nutritionists give preference to sea fish in their recommendations. Of course, its choice today is great: hake, pollock and flounder are some of the sea dwellers bought today. However, because of the inability to cook deliciously, flounder is not bought as readily as pollock and hake. And the easiest thing to cook from it is to fry it.

This fish has a distinctive feature - a specific smell, which does not bother some, and some cannot tolerate. If you belong to the second category of people, then you can get rid of the aroma simply by cleaning the fish. As you know, the flounder has a flat shape, as well as two-sided coloration. It is white on one side and black on the other. To exterminate the unpleasant odor, it is necessary to remove the black skin when cleaning it, since it is she who gives extraneous taste sensations. In this case, the cooking process can, of course, be delayed, but if the smell is not a hindrance to you, then you may not even pay attention to the skin.

1. Wash the fish under running water, open the belly, remove the insides. Many housewives do not do this, because there are not many of them. However, I still recommend gutting, as sometimes there are shells in the belly of the flounder.

The skin of the fish is not cleaned with a scraper, so it is enough just to rinse it under running water. I do not remove the black peel on one side of the flounder; its smell does not bother me. But if you want to remove it, then first cut off the head and tail, cut off the fins on both sides, pull the skin at the base of the head and carefully remove it in the opposite direction. This process is somewhat similar to peeling a herring. Also, for frying, you can immediately buy a ready-made peeled flounder fillet, then you do not have to prepare it.

2. Further, the process remained small. Put a clean pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat well. When the oil begins to smoke, place the fish in the pan. Season it with salt, pepper and spices.
