1. Pre-boil the beets with carrots until soft. This can be done in one saucepan. The carrots will be cooked earlier, so remove them from the pot and continue cooking the beets. Cool the vegetables well afterwards. The cooking and cooling process will take you at least 4 hours. Therefore, prepare the vegetables well in advance. After the beets, peel and cut into cubes.

2. Next, peel the boiled carrots and also cut into cubes.

3. Peel the pumpkin, remove the fibers and seeds, then chop like the previous vegetables. In this recipe, pumpkin is used raw.
