Slightly add a mixture of bird cherry (60 grams) and wheat (100 grams) flour. If you cannot achieve uniformity, use a mixer. Preheat a skillet and start baking pancakes. On each pancake, put mascarpone and any berries to taste, roll into a roll. Sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar on top.
