The finished dried product is well stored in a dehydrated form and is used independently for making soups, sausages, pickling and salting. It is stored in the form of chips and powder. Vegetable seasonings, sauces and spices are made with it. When added to dishes, this aromatic vegetable will add flavor and appetite. The peculiarity of the dried vegetable is precisely the aroma arising from the natural ester of allicin, which has antioxidant and antiseptic properties.
