  • Jamon - 3 strips
  • Cilantro - a few twigs
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Olive oil - for dressing
  • Pears - 1 pc.

1. Cut the cheese into slices about 0.5 mm thick and 2 cm long.

3. Wash and dry the pears with a paper towel. Use a special knife to remove the core and cut the fruit into medium-sized strips. The pear can be pre-stewed in balsamic vinegar in a frying pan, or left fresh in this recipe.
